Due to rescheduled make-up games, the mini cheer clinic will now be held at the elementary school gym from 6:30 to 8:00 PM on both Tuesday and Thursday of this week.
This week's Joust About Careers episode features the 10-minute highlights of the interview with 2010 Van Buren graduate Michael Flanagan, a civil engineer for the city of Thornton, Colorado. The highlights focus on a typical day for Michael as a civil engineer, how he chose to become an engineer and specialize in civil engineering, and how he decided to specialize even more as a geotechnical engineer.
